- Fluency in both Spanish and English; proof of proficiency may be required.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with families and students.
- Experience teaching language through content.
- Collaborate with the Student Success Coordinator, district literacy coaches, and curriculum developers to design a robust immersion kindergarten program and classroom.
- Teach language and content entirely in Spanish 100% of the school day.
- Work hours:
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. daily. - Maintain regular communication with guardians about student progress.
Elementary teaching license issued by the State of Minnesota.
