Position
Full‑Time Academic Assistant – one‑to‑one academic support in a school setting.
Job DescriptionThe Academic Assistant provides instructional, academic, behavior intervention, and supervisory tasks, assisting scholars in the classroom as required by the school. The assistant may also help scholars with specific basic needs.
Qualifications- Experience working with children
- Associate’s Degree of at least 2 years or high school diploma required
- Some computer skills preferred
- Reliable attendance and a great personality with children
The academic assistant works under the immediate direction and supervision of the assigned teacher and is ultimately evaluated by and reports to the dean of academics.
