Reading Intervention teachers work under the general supervision of their school principal performing the essential performance responsibilities listed below.

• Provide direct instruction through small-group and individualized Tier II and Tier III interventions, as well as support strong core instruction at the Tier I level.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, instructional coaches, and support staff to design and implement responsive literacy instruction across all tiers.
• Lead or co-lead structured literacy intervention classes, incorporating evidence-based practices grounded in the science of literacy.
• Regularly assess, monitor, and document student progress to inform instruction and determine appropriate intervention pathways
• Administering federal, state, and local assessments as needed
• Participate fully in team meetings, department planning, data analysis sessions, and family communication processes
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
