Pay: $27.95–$44.18/hour

We are seeking a technically driven, customer-focused professional to support CNC punch and press brake tooling in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. This role combines technical quoting, tooling knowledge, customer support, and sales assistance
.

• Prepare technical quotes for standard and custom punch and press brake tooling.
• Work with customers, sales, and engineering teams to determine pricing, lead times, and technical requirements
  .
• Review blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to develop accurate quotes and tooling recommendations.
• Calculate tooling capacities and ensure solutions meet customer application requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer productivity and tooling performance.

• Experience with tooling design, technical quoting, or tooling sales in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of punch and die design for punching, forming, and bending applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files
  .
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant technical experience preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience in sheet metal fabrication, tooling design, manufacturing engineering, or tooling sales will be considered in lieu of formal education.
