Residential Services Manager
Full-Time | Exempt
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Flexibility required. One weekend day per month with flex time.
Position OverviewThe Residential Services Manager provides overall leadership and oversight of assigned residential programs serving individuals with disabilities. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and person-centered support to maximize individual outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies
- Develop, implement, and review Individual Plans (IPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise, train, support, and evaluate residential staff; ensure required certifications and trainings are maintained
- Maintain accurate program, staff, and individual records; ensure documentation and audits are completed in required systems
- Monitor program budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and resources
- Oversee medication administration and compliance per state guidelines
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadership
- Participate in licensing reviews, audits, and emergency on-call rotation
- Promote safe, clean, and well-maintained residential environments
- High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred - Minimum 1 year experience in the disabilities field with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with HS/GED
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, PMT, Medication Administration, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health record systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with transfers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical interventions as needed
- Must be able to work in environments that may involve behavioral challenges
