Obtains menu selections, preferences and allergies/intolerances from patients of all age groups.;
Ensures menus are accurate according to prescribed dietary orders and communicates with dietitians, staff and management.;
Utilizes computerized reports to check tray tickets and correct them according to diet orders.;
Obtains daily report of patients receiving nourishments, tube feedings, and supplements.;
Assists with assembling and delivering patient meals.
