You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to manage pain and symptoms, aiming to improve quality of life for patients with serious illness and at end of life.
Role focuses on comprehensive plans, coordination with specialists, and education for patients and families, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights/weekends.
