Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking for a Campus Recruiter/HRBP to join their growing HR team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys working in campus recruitment but also is excited to grow in their HR career to take on more business partner responsibilities.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Fairfield County, CT
The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and high-performing Junior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers broad exposure across core HR disciplines, including business partnering and talent acquisition. The position provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR leaders and senior business stakeholders, developing a well-rounded HR skillset within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering- Partner with senior HR team members to support key talent processes, including performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning
- Advise employees on career development and internal mobility opportunities
- Manage employee transitions such as relocations, transfers, and role changes
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and projects
- Support full-cycle recruiting for internship and entry-level programs across multiple business areas
- Partner with business stakeholders to execute campus recruiting strategies aligned with hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate evaluation and offer processes
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment for both campus and lateral hiring
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience; exposure to recruiting strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Collaborative, adaptable, and client-service oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
