Jobtailor in Connecticut seeks a senior HR technology product leader to own the HR product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap. You will drive colleague experience design for all HR digital touchpoints and champion a product operating model within HR.
You will partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and IT to embed research into product decisions, lead and develop the HR platform product owners, and govern integrations and data architecture across the HR tech ecosystem.
