Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program – Human Resources is a two-year, three-rotation program designed for recent graduates with HR internship experience and a relevant business degree. Participants tackle projects in different U.S.
facilities, strengthening advisory skills, analytics, and change management while building cross-functional relationships. You’ll rotate every 6–12 months, with hybrid work options in CT, MD, or OH, and potential relocation for rotations.
