Overview

Individual contributor responsible for supporting the delivery, implementation, onboarding,and coordination of enterprise information security initiatives across multiple security domains. Provides technical expertise,guide, and advisory support to application teams and security stakeholders to drive adoption of enterprise security capabilities, standards, and security transformation initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supports onboarding, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise information security capabilities.
  • Provides technical guidance and implementation support for enterprise security initiatives,including data security, encryption, key management, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and emerging security technologies.
  • Coordinates with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support delivery,integration, and adoption of enterprise security solutions and standards.
  • Assists in identifying implementation risks, dependencies, operational gaps, and technicalchallenges, and supports resolution activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Participates in planning, coordination, tracking, and execution activities for securityinitiatives and onboarding efforts.
  • Supports development and maintenance of repeatable onboarding processes, implementationprocedures, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Facilitates alignment and follow‑up activities across cross‑functional teams to support security implementation and operational readiness objectives.
  • Maintains awareness of evolving security threats, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of securitycapabilities.
  • May participate in evaluation, testing, implementation, and operational support of security technologies, tools, and processes aligned to organizational standards and strategic initiatives.
  • Provides support, mentorship, and knowledge‑sharing to team members and partner teams topromote scalable and consistent security delivery practices.
  • Assists leadership in executing, prioritizing, and coordinating operational activities related to enterprise security and security transformation initiatives.
Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Director or above.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Solid understanding of enterprise security standards, policies, and implementation practices.
  • Understanding of security, privacy, regulatory, and internal control requirements asthey apply to enterprise technology environments.
  • Ability to influence change in corporate understanding and adoption of informationsecurity concepts.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively withpeers, IT management, staff, and internal/external business partners/clients.
  • Ability to coordinate and support delivery of multiple technical and security initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools, reporting, documentation, and security related technologies.
  • Preferred: knowledge of the insurance industry.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of technical experience in enterprise security technologies,platforms, applications, infrastructure environments, and implementation practices, or an equivalent combination.
Compensation

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000annually.
