Our client, a stable and locally owned third‑generation business, is seeking an AR Operations Manager to lead Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Customer Service operations for a dynamic $200M+ distribution organization
. This is a highly visible leadership position offering direct interaction with executive ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in post‑merger integration and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead all Accounts Receivable and Credit operations
• Oversee aging analysis, collections strategy, and credit decision‑making
• Manage customer service activities, including escalated billing and payment issues
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve order, delivery, invoicing, and account concerns
• Develop and mentor AR, Customer Service, and Administrative teams
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies
• Support finance integration and process harmonization initiatives

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

• Experience with in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries is a plus
