AR Operations Manager
$90,000 – $110,000
Join a Growing, High-Energy Distribution OrganizationOur client, a stable and locally owned third‑generation business, is seeking an AR Operations Manager to lead Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Customer Service operations for a dynamic $200M+ distribution organization
. This is a highly visible leadership position offering direct interaction with executive ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in post‑merger integration and process improvement initiatives.

- Lead all Accounts Receivable and Credit operations
- Oversee aging analysis, collections strategy, and credit decision‑making
- Manage customer service activities, including escalated billing and payment issues
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve order, delivery, invoicing, and account concerns
- Develop and mentor AR, Customer Service, and Administrative teams
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies
- Support finance integration and process harmonization initiatives
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
