  • Shift: Part time Monday to Friday (9:00am to 1:00pm) &
    Full time (7:00am to 3:00pm)

Day in the Life of a Production Worker:

  • Start your shift by getting your station ready — this could mean organizing packing supplies, setting up your equipment, or reviewing the day’s workflow with your team.
  • Rotate between tasks throughout the day — you might portion materials, seal containers, label boxes, or stack finished products on pallets for shipping. Don’t worry — we’ll train you on each step.
  • Keep things moving as you stay on your feet, working with your hands and staying alert in a fast‑paced environment where efficiency and accuracy matter.
  • Stick to safety and cleanliness standards — you’ll wipe down surfaces, follow food‑safe handling procedures (when needed), and make sure everything stays neat, clean, and compliant.
  • Work as part of a team — communication and collaboration are key as you help meet daily goals and support your coworkers.

What You’ll Need:

  • No experience required but you must have a strong willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure products are packaged accurately and consistently.
  • Understands and follows safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Works well with others in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Capable of working efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment.
  • Forklift experience is a plus— we’ll train you if you need it!
  • Ability to count, measure, and perform simple calculations related to packaging and inventory.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

  • Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during assigned shifts, often for extended periods of time without sitting.
  • Routinely required to lift, carry, and transport products and packaging materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
  • May involve repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling small tools or materials throughout the shift.
  • Workers must be able to operate production equipment safely and efficiently, which may require manual dexterity and physical agility.
  • Periodic climbing of stairs or ladders may be required to access equipment or storage areas.
  • May be exposed to fluctuating temperatures, particularly in areas where food items or temperature‑sensitive materials are stored.
  • May experience high noise levels due to machinery, packaging equipment, or facility operations; hearing protection may be required.
  • The facility may include areas with strong odors or airborne particles related to food processing, cleaning agents, or packaging materials.
  • Workers must be able to tolerate standing and working on concrete or other hard surfaces for the majority of their shift.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, hairnets, masks, or safety glasses, may be required depending on product and facility safety protocols.
  • Production areas may include wet or slippery surfaces; caution and proper footwear are essential to prevent slips, trips, or falls.
