Expeditor, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Overview

Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc., a 40+ year professional search and recruiting firm, has partnered with a client in the Greater Hartford, CT area to help them search and qualify candidates for their Expeditor position within aerospace manufacturing. This is a newly created role driven by increased production demand. The company is looking to add a team member to support workflow coordination and ensure materials move efficiently throughout the facility.

• Move materials and parts throughout the facility to support production flow
• Read and follow travelers/work orders to ensure parts are routed correctly
• Communicate status updates and production needs to supervisors and team members
• Coordinate with multiple departments to help maintain on-time delivery
• Monitor workflow and help identify delays or bottlenecks
• Support overall shop operations to keep production running efficiently

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or expediting role preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to stay organized, and a team-oriented mindset. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and handling physical tasks throughout the day.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
