** What's a typical day as a CNC Setup Machinist? You'll be:*
* + Setting up and operating CNC milling and lathe machines for production runs

+ Interpreting blueprints, routings, and work instructions

+ Adjusting tooling, offsets, and machine settings to achieve optimal results

+ Performing in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met

+ Troubleshooting machining and setup issues during production

+ Maintaining accurate production and inspection records

+ Supporting safe, clean, and organized manufacturing operations

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have at least 5 years of CNC machining and setup experience, with expertise in milling and lathes (required)

+ Possess strong blueprint reading and inspection skills, with experience working to tight tolerances

+ Are proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment

+ Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

+ Can manage multiple setups and production priorities efficiently

+ Have experience in aerospace machining (preferred)

+ Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Are familiar with Solid Works and Mastercam (helpful, but not required)
