Manufacturing Production Associate (General Application)
PCC Structurals in Groton, CT is always looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in aerospace manufacturing. If you’re not sure which role best fits your experience, this general application allows our team to consider you for a variety of current and future opportunities within our production environment.
What You’ll Do- Operating or assisting with manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Supporting wax mold assembly, investment casting, foundry, grind, hand-file, sandblast, machining or inspection processes
- Following detailed work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
- Conducting basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands-on work
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, mechanical work, or similar fields is a plus (but not required for all roles)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Wax Injection and Assembly
- Robot Operation
- Casting / Foundry Operations
- CNC, Automatic and Manual Machining
- Inspection / Quality
- Grinding / Hand-File / Sand-Blast

Shift: Front-End Roles: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Back-End Roles: 7:00am
-3:30pm - 2nd
Shift: Front
- End Roles: 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Back-End Roles: 3:30pm – 12:00pm - 3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am
- Competitive pay including compensation ranges starting at $20/h + Shift Differentials/Premiums for off-shift roles including 5% for 2nd shift, 10% for 3rd shift + Quarterly Incentive Bonus and Overtime Opportunities
