Higher Collective Group is seeking a Propagation Technician in New Britain, Connecticut. This role focuses on the meticulous care of cannabis plants during their Vegetative Phase, including cloning, pruning, and transplantation. Candidates should possess knowledge of plant care and pest management, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. Additionally, the position requires physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
