Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00–$27.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00AM–3:30PM | Full-Time

What's a typical day as CNC Machinist? You'll be:
- Operating and setting up CNC turn mill machines to manufacture components according to operation sheets, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Inspecting all machined work to ensure it meets exact specifications using precision measuring equipment.
- Maintaining and calibrating manufacturing and inspection tools for accuracy and cleanliness.
- Completing and maintaining all production paperwork and documentation of results.
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Supporting production goals and maintaining continuous workflow.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience (required).
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing (preferred).
- Are skilled in reading blueprints and operation sheets.
- Have hands-on experience with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, CMM, and other precision measurement instruments.
- Understand turn mill process engineering; programming capabilities and experience with Solid Works or Mastercam are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a record of producing quality work.
- Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Thrive working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
