Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00–$33.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00AM–3:30PM | Full-Time

What's a typical day as a CNC Setup Machinist? You'll be:
- Setting up and operating CNC milling and lathe machines for production runs
- Interpreting blueprints, routings, and work instructions
- Adjusting tooling, offsets, and machine settings to achieve optimal results
- Performing in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met
- Troubleshooting machining and setup issues during production
- Maintaining accurate production and inspection records
- Supporting safe, clean, and organized manufacturing operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 5 years of CNC machining and setup experience, with expertise in milling and lathes (required)
- Possess strong blueprint reading and inspection skills, with experience working to tight tolerances
- Are proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Can manage multiple setups and production priorities efficiently
- Have experience in aerospace machining (preferred)
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Are familiar with Solid Works and Mastercam (helpful, but not required)
