** Position Overview*
* We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our Casting Department. This position is responsible for supporting the production of precision cast components by removing parts from molds, operating hand and power tools, and performing finishing operations to prepare products for the next stage of manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, are mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Remove cast parts from molds using hand and power tools.

+ Cut gates, runners, and excess material from castings using various power tools.

+ Trim, grind, and deburr cast components to meet quality specifications.

+ Operate deburring and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Inspect finished parts for defects and report any quality concerns.

+ Follow work instructions, production schedules, and established manufacturing procedures.

+ Maintain accurate production documentation as required.

+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.

+ Assist with other production duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* + Previous manufacturing, foundry, casting, metal fabrication, or production experience preferred.

+ Experience using hand tools, grinders, saws, or other power tools is highly desirable.

+ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new manufacturing processes.

+ Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

+ Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift and move up to  
** 50 pounds
** throughout the shift.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.

+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
