CNC Mill Operator (Temp-to-Perm) – 1st Shift
Location:
New Britain, CT
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $24.00–$27.00/hour
What You’ll Do- Expert Setup:
Perform CNC mill setups with a strong working knowledge of Okuma and Kia CNC equipment. - Precision Execution:
Interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate results. - Tooling Optimization:
Apply tooling and fixturing expertise to improve machining efficiency and performance. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and maintain high product quality through strict quality control processes.

Play a key role in production quality and customer satisfaction. - Skill Growth:
Gain hands‑on experience with advanced CNC technologies. - Team Environment:

What You Bring- 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement tools
- Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, feeds, and speeds
- Experience working with materials such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
$24.00–$27.00 per hour, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, Temp-to-perm opportunity.
