The DREAM Program, Inc. is seeking Mentor Coordinators to support Youth Service Managers and recruit/train volunteer mentors for our Village Mentoring program.
You will ensure mentors understand their roles, coordinate needs assessments, and foster collaboration between community partners and DREAM staff. You will spend 10-15 hours weekly, with some evenings and weekends, and serve for the full academic year.
