Nursing Educator / RN Instructor - Full-Time (On-Site)
Location:
Lincoln Tech, New Britain, CT
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with a BSN or MSN to join our Practical Nursing program as Nursing Educators / Nursing Instructors. No prior teaching experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging nursing education in classroom and clinical settings.
* Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites.
* Teach nursing techniques, ensuring students gain skill proficiency.
* Assess student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare future nurses for an exciting and meaningful career!
Qualifications
* BSN or MSN degree.
* Active RN license in Connecticut.
* 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
* Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.
* Teaching experience is a plus.
* Comfortable using technology.
