Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to patients in a long‑term acute care or rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and discharge planning.
- Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Required:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut. - Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred). - Required:
Demonstrated competence in the clinical setting.
This job is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $7,500.
