Nursing Clinical Manager

Lincoln Tech has a need for a Nursing Clinical Manager who will be a part of the school's management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. Your goal would be to accomplish the program's objectives and support the organization's mission, all while upholding the school's highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity.

Location:

New Britain Campus

Hours:

Full Time Monday - Friday approximately 8:30am-4:30pm (some days may flex)

• Secure and maintain clinical sites and required agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical partners.
• Coordinate clinical rotations, lab experiences, and faculty schedules.
• Supervise, orient, evaluate, and support clinical instructors.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and clinical competency development.
• Conduct clinical site visits and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with school and clinical site policies.
• Support student retention and program outcomes.

• BSN degree or higher (or as required by state and accrediting agencies).
• Active nursing license in CT
• Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations.
• Valid driver's license

• $5,000 Sign on Bonus
