Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP)

Job  – Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role – Salary $104,000 to $167,000 per year – Hartford, Connecticut. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

• Provide advanced healthcare for infants through young adults, focusing on wellness, growth, and illness management, including (but not limited to) conducting physicals, performing exams, diagnosing conditions, and managing chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients.
• Deliver care appropriate for an out‑patient, primary‑care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population.

• Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner in state of practice.
• Board Certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PNP (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner).
• Strong, recent experience in Pediatrics.
• DEA licensure or ability to obtain DEA licensure.
• Relevant Master’s degree.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Bilingual in Spanish (a huge plus).

Compensation ranges from $103K to $160K and will be based on years of experience, skills, as well as other internal factors. Strong benefits and generous PTO. Eligibility for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. Monday – Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings.
