Job Overview

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract RN for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) position in New Britain, Connecticut.

Duration: 13 weeks |

Work hours:

36 hours per week (12‑hour nights) |

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and assist with procedures.
• Manage ventilators and other life‑support equipment.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure continuity through patient education and discharge planning.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Perform in a fast‑paced, challenging LTAC environment requiring strong clinical expertise and critical‑thinking skills.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in long‑term acute care or comparable acute care setting.
• Strong critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.

• $600 travel bonus.
