A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Central Connecticut is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
What You'll DoSupervise and support nursing staff during your shift.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
Assist with admissions, discharges, incident follow-up, and resident care planning.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and accountability.
