• Direct the work to ensure overall patient care is managed safely and efficiently.
• Review assignments of patient care activities to assure staff qualifications.
• Support team members and ensure quality and service excellence to patients.
• Facilitate solutions for challenging patient care situations.
• Appropriately assign workload and collaborate with manager to monitor staff performance.

• Education:
  
  BSN or related field required; candidates in the process of completing educational requirements will be considered.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of nursing experience required.
• Experience:
  
  Charge nurse or supervisory experience required.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current CT RN license required.
