Position
Quality Inspector – Full Time (1st or 2nd shift, May 2026)
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Professional use of general and precision measurement equipment
- Ability to read blueprints; strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail; strong visual inspection skills
- Working knowledge of tight tolerances and GD&T
- Knowledge of Quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100
- Perform assigned inspections on 1st piece, in process, receiving, first article, and finished product
- Proficiency with computer‑based applications (new technology/Cloud ERP system training provided)
- Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills; 4+ years of previous aerospace inspection experience preferred
- Disposition and control of non‑conforming product; review and disposition on all certification documentation to meet customer requirements
- Positive communication and self‑disciplined; fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
