We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. When you join our kitchen, you become part of a focused team who has a passion for outstanding food using the freshest ingredients that will allow you to deliver remarkable dishes daily.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all menu items according to the recipes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a superior dining experience.
  • Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies before each shift.
  • Execute dishes with speed and accuracy, maintaining consistency even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen throughout the shift.
  • Properly wrap, label, and store all prep items at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by management and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, dishwashing, and line duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
  • With experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Who is able to follow a recipe.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to team members and guests.
  • With open flexibility to work various shifts.
