Target - 475 Hartford Road - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and maintaining assortment knowledge;
Sort freight and push freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise in the backroom;
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity;
Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and support back-up cashier duties as needed
