The Sr. Territory Manager role at NTN Bearing Corporation is based in the New England region, with responsibilities spanning Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and the greater New York City area. The position supports the continued growth of NTN’s Industrial Aftermarket Program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales of NTN products and services within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls and build strong relationships with end users, focusing on pulling demand through our distributor network.
- Support and manage distributor accounts to promote and maintain inventory of NTN products.
- Provide product training, marketing support, and direct sales assistance to both distributors and end users.
- Serve as a technical resource, supporting customer needs in maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Transmission Sales or Industrial Distribution.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers through technical and commercial functions.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
