As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Respond swiftly and professionally to emergency situations, including disturbances, threats, and potential criminal activity.
- Monitor access points and perform security checks on vehicles and personnel.
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle record, as you may be required to operate a company vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as necessary to address incidents or security concerns.
- Enforce all company regulations, policies, and procedures while interacting with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide detailed written reports, documenting all incidents and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- You are 21 years old or older
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- You have a state security license (CT state Blue Card) valid armed endorsement
- Each armed employee must either be prior law enforcement officer with a minimum of 5 years experience; or a career military, or in law enforcement(e.g., police, corrections, or federal agencies)
