Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Counter top Installer based in New Britain, CT. The Lead Counter top Installer will be responsible for ensuring precise and efficient counter top installations, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Day-to-day tasks include delivering, installing and sealing countertops, fitting and securing them in place, and addressing any issues that arise during installation. The role requires coordination with clients and team members to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards.

- Proficiency in delivering and installing countertops
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience reading and understanding drawings
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Additional experience in related fields such as cabinetry or carpentry is a plus
