Role Overview

We are hiring an HVAC Trainer (Instructor) to teach the future of HVAC students in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. The instructor will provide hands‑on training, support student progress, and prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in the HVAC industry.

• Mon – Thu, 10‑hour shifts – Friday off.
• Light duty, 4 days per week, no weekends.

$40 – $50 per hour.

• HVAC license.
• Master certifications would be excellent.
• 5+ years’ HVAC technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior teaching experience required.
