As a Job Coach, you’ll play an essential role in supporting individuals as they navigate the path toward community inclusion and employment. You’ll provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help them overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve independence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting individuals in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Providing hands-on support during job training and workplace integration.
• Coaching clients on workplace skills, self-advocacy, and effective communication.
• Collaborating with employers to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to help clients achieve their goals.
• Documenting and reporting on client progress as required.

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role or field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and employers.
• A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to coaching.
• The ability to adapt to the unique needs of each individual.
