School Van Driver

Now hiring part time school van drivers for New Britain, CT. Proudly serving New Britain Public Schools.

• Provide before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off for students.
• Work a split shift: an early morning pickup and an afternoon drop‑off with free hours in between.
• Drive for a guaranteed 4 hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless desired.
• Enjoy additional hours through trips and charters when available.
• Benefit from school holidays and some paid holidays.

• Starting wage $20.00 per hour (effective 07/01/25) based on experience.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
• No CDL required; paid CDL training available for career advancement.
• Child‑Ride‑Along program for working parents.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• No college degree or high school diploma required.

• Subject to DOT drug testing.
