The Courier role at Kingdom Driven Logistics LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in New Britain, CT. The Courier is responsible for safely picking up, transporting, and delivering packages on scheduled routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include verifying delivery information, loading and unloading items, obtaining required signatures or proof of delivery, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and customers.

The Courier will also inspect vehicles for safety, follow all traffic and company regulations, and handle packages with care and professionalism. Maintaining a courteous, client-focused attitude and supporting the company’s values throughout each interaction is essential.

• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a professional, client-focused demeanor.
• Experience or aptitude in Logistics Management and Transportation, such as route planning, time management, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to participate in or provide Training related to delivery procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Background in Food & Beverage delivery or handling is a plus, especially experience managing time-sensitive or special-care items.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local roads in and around New Britain, CT.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lift, carry, and move packages safely as part of daily responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior courier, delivery driver, or logistics experience beneficial.
