Coda Search is partnering with a well‑known real estate company that is seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant with offices located in Morris County, NJ. This is a fantastic company that owns, operates, and develops a variety of residential and commercial assets all across the nation. The team is seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant that will be responsible for overseeing their own portfolio of properties preparing all the financial reporting, leading the month‑end close, reviewing all cash management, and overseeing all day‑to‑day accounting functions.
Great role that offers work‑life balance (8:30am-5pm)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience
- Residential/Commerical property experience required
- Comfortable speaking with outside investors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
