Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions for residential real estate operations
- Review and analyze partnership and joint venture deals
- Handle financial reporting and compliance
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in residential real estate accounting
- Background in joint ventures; HUD experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Familiarity with Blackbaud preferred (not required)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
