Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Course Assistant for the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. Among the key duties of the position are the following:
Performs hourly grading and assessment assistance in the graduate MHA program.

- Nonexempt

Salary Details - $25 per hour

Working Hours - 15 - 19.5 hours per week

- Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 or the applicable provisions of relevant collective negotiations agreements, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, subject to change or discontinuation, and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the Flex Work@RU Application System.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
- Masters degree in Health Administration (MHA) or cognate field (MPA,MBA, etc.) with some healthcare experience.

- Excellent writing skills and critical analysis competence.
