We are hiring a Scanning Clerk for one of our clients in New Brunswick, NJ.
Job Description- Under close supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the preparation, scanning, and indexing of Human Service case files.
- Duties are performed using well-established operating procedures and computer systems to ensure scanning and indexing are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- The exercise of independent judgement is limited due to the nature of work.
- May perform other related clerical duties as required.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based pc's, scanners, and other standard office equipment
- Proficient in typing and/or entering data.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately within prescribed time frames.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in group environment
- Ability to understand, remember, and carry out oral and written directions.
- Preferred scanning experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 08:30 AM - 04:15 PM
