Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a temporary part‑time Unit Admin/Specialist for the Department of Landscape Architecture.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

  • Assists in resolving routine conflicts and issues and coordinates and facilitates the implementation of administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Assists students, faculty, staff, and visitors with departmental administrative and procedural information.
  • Creates informational materials and support faculty research by preparing reports and documents.
  • Schedules and coordinates design presentations and meeting logistics for faculty, student and guest events.
  • Provides operational support through documentation management, coordination, and records oversight.
  • Analyzes data in a timely manner and prepare reports to support faculty needs and departmental planning.
  • Assists with event planning and special projects including creation of seminar materials, symposium, and conference correspondence for distribution.
  • Completes other department related work assigned.

Salary Details $25 per hour
