About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Mailroom Clerk to support the day‑to‑day administrative and mailroom operations of the firm. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, legal documents, and other materials throughout the firm.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional environment.

We were founded in 1977 as a small and firm and over the years have managed to grow and expand our firm. Mailroom ClerkKey Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to attorneys and staff.
- Prepare and process outgoing U.S. mail, overnight shipments, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
- Operate mailroom equipment, scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Track and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure packages are properly addressed, packaged, and processed.
- Distribute interoffice mail and documents between departments and office locations as needed.
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain an organized and clean mailroom and supply areas.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of postage, envelopes, shipping materials, and other mailroom supplies.
- Assist with large mailings, bulk correspondence, and firm-wide distributions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion.
- Coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, vendors, couriers, and other staff regarding deliveries and mail.
- Assist with office errands and occasional local deliveries as needed.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous mailroom, office services, administrative, or professional office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a timely manner.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move packages and boxes weighing up to approximately 40–50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required for occasional local deliveries.
