Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a temporary part-time Admissions and Enrollment Assistant for the Professional Science Master's (PSM) Program admissions and enrollment team. The position assists with applicant communications, admissions processing, enrollment activities, recruitment events, and data management to ensure efficient delivery of admissions and enrollment.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

  • Assist the admissions team with application processing, monitoring applicant files, maintaining admissions records, tracking required documentation, and responding to applicant inquiries regarding application requirements and deadlines.
  • Support communications with prospective, admitted, and current students; assist with onboarding, registration processes, orientation activities, and enrollment-related questions.
  • Assist with recruitment initiatives, information sessions, webinars, open houses, outreach events, and follow-up communications with prospective students.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

FLSA:
Nonexempt

Salary Details: $25 - $30 per hour
