• Build a center of excellence within the tech division to standardize documentation, analysis, and improvement of processes.
• Apply an understanding of IT processes to drive improvement and standardization across the division.
• Work closely with project teams to document current and future state processes and facilitate process improvement.
• Facilitate workshops with users using process improvement methodology, including current state, analysis, future state, and implementation of change.
• Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to identify future state processes and incorporate changes into change‑management plans.
• Develop process flows, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate improvement opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics and root‑cause analysis to diagnose issues and propose evidence‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design future state processes.
• Ensure processes align with software implementations.
• Educate teams on new workflows and best practices, working with the OCM team to integrate training and education into OCM plans.
• Communicate findings, lead discussions, and secure alignment from key business units.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a business‑process role with deep knowledge of process methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with process‑mapping tools such as Visio and business‑process repositories such as Nintex Promapp, Signavio, or Blueworks.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent process certification.
• Project‑management skills and/or certification.
• Knowledge of organizational change management and related certification.
• Business acumen and familiarity with IT processes and tools to drive improvement and standardization.
• Strong facilitation skills for group settings.
• Experience with data analytics, process mapping, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing large enterprise software and process redesign within digital‑transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Intermediate Level

Contract position based out of New Brunswick, NJ.

Pay range: $65.00–$75.00 per hour.
