Business Relationship Manager Life Science

The Life Sciences R&D team is expanding and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in Clinical Services
. This role will work closely with the Client Partner to support the full opportunity life cycle and contribute to strategic growth within the Life Sciences portfolio.

• Leverage deep clinical domain expertise to drive the pursuit and sales cycle.
• Build and strengthen client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Support business case creation, proposal development, and sales pursuits across areas such as Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Leads to drive revenue growth and ensure profitable engagements.
• Contribute to account leadership initiatives and work closely with practice teams on strategic programs.

• 13+ years of overall professional experience.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences R&D or Clinical Services.
• 5+ years in IT Sales or related program leadership roles.
• Strong functional understanding of R&D areas, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
