Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Project Administrator for the Rutgers Global Health Institute. The role supports the growth and visibility of the Institute and the Go Together Alliance through digital strategy, content development, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the growth and visibility of the Rutgers Global Health Institute and the Go Together Alliance through digital strategy, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manages websites, social media, and communications to highlight impact, support fundraising, and strengthen partnerships while working closely with Institute leadership and collaborators.
Salary & Compensation

Grade 06 | Salary range: $80-82K | Mid‑range: $96,454 | Maximum: $114,989. Offer may vary based on qualifications, experience, and availability of department or grant funds.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience showing knowledge of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach.
  • Minimum Experience:

    Two years in a program coordination or administrative function.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Project Coordination & Collaboration skills and abilities.
  • Background in Communications and Digital Platforms skills and abilities for internet communications and outreach.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Word Press and other web‑design platforms or tools, Canva or other graphics software, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Mailchimp.
