* We are searching for the best talent for a Leader, Inclusion Compliance & Risk Management located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL.

As the Leader, Inclusion Compliance & Risk Management, you will help develop how Johnson & Johnson approaches workforce compliance, disability and accessibility governance, human capital reporting, and workforce data management. You will work across functions to tackle complex business challenges, strengthen decision-making, and ensure we are prepared for evolving regulatory and partner expectations.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance, analytics, operations, technology, and employee experience. Success requires curiosity, strong business judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across a global organization while turning complex requirements into practical solutions.

Whether improving workforce reporting, strengthening accessibility governance, introducing new technologies, or helping leaders understand emerging risks, you will play a key role in helping Johnson & Johnson make responsible decisions that serve employees, patients, customers, and communities.

** What You'll Do*
* Rather than leading a single program, you'll help connect multiple priorities across compliance, inclusion, accessibility, people analytics, and risk management.

** In this role, you will:*
* + Lead workforce compliance reporting and human capital disclosure activities, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data, and other regulatory requirements.

+ Help develop enterprise approaches for disability, accessibility, accommodations, and workforce self-identification programs.

+ Identify emerging risks and opportunities and recommend practical actions for leaders.

+ Use data, analytics, and technology to improve reporting processes, simplify work, and generate actionable insights.

+ Support audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other compliance-related activities.

+ Help design sustainable processes, controls, and governance practices that improve business efficiency and manage risk.
